1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting GamersBot to your Discord server or logging into the web panel (Dashboard), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot and remove it from your server.

2. Description of Service

GamersBot provides tools for moderation, entertainment (Level system), and Discord server management. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% bot availability, although we try our best.

3. Rules of Use

It is forbidden to:

Abuse the bot to send spam or malicious content.
Attempt to bypass API limits or intentionally overload our servers.
Use AI features (Gemini) to generate illegal content.

In case of violation of these rules, we reserve the right to permanently block the bot from your server.

4. Premium Services

Some features (e.g., AI commands) require a premium membership. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with customer support.

5. Zero Tolerance for Toxicity and Abuse

Violation of any terms considered unacceptable in the gaming community—such as the unjustified kicking of players from servers accompanied by slurs, insults, and extreme toxicity (including attacks on the owner of GamersBot.eu)—is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will not only result in an immediate permanent ban from our services but may also lead to legal consequences.
