1. What data do we collect?

For GamersBot to function properly, we store the following necessary data in our secure database:

• Your Discord Account ID and Server ID: To operate the level system and identify users.
• Number of XP points and achieved level.
• Server settings: Prefixes, IDs of welcome/logging channels, and custom messages.

2. Message Logging (Mod Log)

GamersBot reads messages to detect commands and award XP. We do not permanently store the content of messages. The exception is the Mod Log feature – if enabled on the server, deleted or edited messages are forwarded to a designated administrator channel on that server. We do not keep these texts.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell or provide your data to third parties. It is stored on a secure server (Wedos) solely for the bot's operation.

4. Right to Erasure (GDPR)

If you want us to delete all your data from our database, simply remove the bot from your server. For complete deletion of level records, contact us on our Support server.
